VENDOR APPLICATION

We are now accepting vendors for the 2024 Orange Pumpking Festival.

We have only 20 spaces available and are looking for artists and crafters not third party sellers. Unless all available spaces have already been taken, applications are accepted up until the day before the event. However, we suggest registering early so we have ample time to advertize your booth.

Fill out the application and you should hear from us within 3 business days. Once your application is approved, we will send you an invoice for payment. 

Sign Up Information/Guidelines

  • Festival will run from 2pm – 6pm Saturday, October 26th 2024. Rain Date is October 27th. 
  • Set-up will begin at 12pm. Vendor spots will be aprox 10’x10’. You must bring your own canopy, tables and chairs as needed, and will be able to drop off your things off but will need to move your car immediately. No early breakdowns unless you can carry your things out. All vendors are responsible for leaving a clean area at closing. All vendors shall exhibit professional and friendly manners always. 

Vendor Fees

  • The fee for food vendors is $50. For all other vendors, it is $25. 
  • There are no refunds on application fees. No refunds. We have created a rain date in hopes this event doesn’t get completely canceled due to weather. In the event it does get rained out, you will be on a priority list for 2025 vendor acceptance.

Download your application form below and bring the completed form with the payment to Revival Wheeler Mansion, 75 E Main Street, Orange Ma 01364. Drop in Mail Box by the parking lot on Mechanic Street. 

Option 2: Online Application

Complete your application below. We will email you back with a confirmation and instructions to pay. Note that your space is not confirmed until we have received your payment in full.
